Depending on your requirement, Omar Ali Business Center may provide or coordinate:

• furnished private offices, dedicated desks, flexi desks, coworking and shared workspace;
• virtual-office and professional business-address solutions for eligible businesses;
• tenancy documentation support linked to qualifying workspace packages;
• practical support with eligible business setup, trade license renewal, PRO, visa, immigration and MOHRE-related processes.

A service is provided only if we agree it with you, subject to availability, package terms, eligibility and the current requirements of the relevant authority.

Eligibility and government approvals

Workspace, tenancy documentation, licensing, visa, immigration, establishment, MOHRE and similar processes depend on your business activity, legal form, license type, documents and current Sharjah and UAE requirements.

We can assist with documentation, coordination and eligible procedures. We do not guarantee that a trade license, tenancy contract, visa, work permit, establishment record or any other government transaction will be accepted or approved. Final decisions remain with the relevant authority.

A virtual office, dedicated desk or other package should not be assumed to satisfy every licensing or tenancy requirement. Tell us your business activity and licensing situation first so we can help identify a suitable option.
